There seems to be a trend (recently?) for scones to have a selection of sweet and savory flavours, along with savory spreads. It doesn't seem traditional, but I personally like how some afternoon teas switch it up. What do others think?
I'm pretty traditional and like sweet, but would be interested in trying savory. I haven't been to many afternoon teas any the ones I've tried all had exclusively sweet.
